Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

We ship to the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to more countries soon.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your order directly through the Shop app if you checked out with Shop Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order will have entered processing and we may not be able to make changes. Please contact us immediately at supportmail@nondon.store.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please visit our Refund Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Email us at supportmail@nondon.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24–48 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Are the sneakers authentic?

Yes, all sneakers sold in our store are authentic. We work with trusted suppliers to ensure quality and authenticity on every pair.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes sizing information. For sneakers, we recommend ordering your true US size. If you're between sizes, size up. For clothing, refer to the size chart on the product page.

Do iPhone cases fit all models?

Each iPhone case in our store lists compatible models in the product description. Please check compatibility before purchasing. We carry cases for iPhone 14, 15, 16, and 17 series.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Shop Pay lets you pay in installments with no interest.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our store uses industry-standard SSL encryption and is powered by Shopify — one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world. We never store your payment details.
