Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Free from damage, odours, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at supportmail@nondon.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will review your request and reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at supportmail@nondon.store with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
