Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are working on expanding international shipping in the future.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high-demand periods, or customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our store for current promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via the carrier's website or through the Shop app if you used Shop Pay at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at supportmail@nondon.store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. RepFitnesses is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at supportmail@nondon.store — we can only modify addresses within 12 hours of order placement.
